2. Services

Visin provides free tools for training, nutrition and progress tracking. Use of the app is completely free and requires no subscription. We reserve the right to expand, modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Account

A full account is required to use all features. You are required to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Sharing your account with third parties is not permitted.

4. Code of Conduct

When using Visin the following is prohibited:

• Using the app for unlawful purposes
• Spreading false or misleading content
• Disrupting the app infrastructure or other users
• Automated access (scraping, bots) without permission

5. Health Disclaimer

Visin is not a medical product and does not replace professional medical advice. Information in the app is for general informational and fitness support purposes only. Please consult a doctor for any health concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visin accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the app, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and on the website – text, graphics, logos, code – is protected by copyright and owned by Visin. Reproduction or use without express permission is not permitted.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered seat of Visin.
