Delete Account

In the app (fastest)

Open Visin, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately – no waiting period, no need to contact us.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process your request and confirm by email, generally within a few days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login data, training and nutrition logs, health/fitness data, weight, sleep, location/GPS history, photos, direct messages and all other personal data – removed from production systems immediately; residual copies in backups are overwritten within a maximum of 30 days.
• Publicly shared content that other users still rely on (recipes, training plans, feed posts you've shared) is kept but anonymised – your name and profile are removed, the content itself remains, the same way most chat and social apps handle this.
